- Devise a plan. Before you start writing, there are several things that need to be taken care of. You need to decide how often you are going to dispatch it, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Once you decide on the schedule, it will be a lot easier for you to decide on the length.
- Choose a topic. This is quite important. A newsletter that is about everything is of no use neither to you nor to your audience.
